I'm selling my car I had someone contact me wanting to buy it, they are on the other side of the country and said they would need a transport company to pick up and deliver the car to them, my asking price is $3500 they said transport will cost $1500. I received a confirmation email s saying I've been credited $5000 but won't be available to access until I transfer $1500 into the transport companies account. Is this right.
