hello, I can't withdraw money to Mastercard, also I cant send anyone money directly from paypal balance, When I try to send it wants to send from my card.
PayPal accounts in Bosnia & Herzegovina are not able to withdraw to a Mastercard, nor can they send funds transfers from their available account balance. Your PayPal balance will need to be withdrawn.
In order to withdraw, you will need to link a Visa card or a US bank to your PayPal account.
