When trying to link my us bank account or activate 2FA security it keeps saying (we couldn't confirm it's you....need help)

Please what should I do?

You can only add a U.S bank opened in the U.S.

You can't add a digital/online bank like Payoneer or Wise OR a USD currency account.

Everything is alright with my bank and it's not online virtual bank 

Am still encountering the same problem when trying to activate 2FA security authenticator so the problem is not from my bank
