"Sorry, something went wrong. Pleas try again." checkout

I am testing my shops credit card and debit card checkout process. WooCommerce PayPal Payments. I put the poster in my cart, proceed to checkout, fill out billing form, Click black debit and credit card button. The purchase looks like it will go through. But then I get “Sorry, something wwnt wrong.” Please try again. There is a blue “Back to Merchant” button. I cannot test purchase this $1 poster with 3 different credit cards. Please tell me what is wrong, where is it wrong. I have Vaulting checked in WooCommerce settings.
