I am absolutely disgusted with this! I have €285 PayPal credit and it won’t let me send it onto people! PayPal is currently my only source of income as I do not have a credit or bank card! I feel disgusted and scammed as this is my only source of income while Covid 19 is about! It comes up that payment was denied! I am truly shocked! Please fix this for me as I can’t get any money any other way!
