How to make sure account limitation is solved in COVID-19 time and no one is working in PayPal to help and I can’t reach any live agent to talk to and help solve my problem and it’s an urgent payment to my family

I have the same problem. I have submitted all valid IDs but all I got are canned responses and BOT representatives that are not even viewing them. I cannot withraw my money when I need it the most. PayPal is so thoughtless to limit accounts during covid crisis. Cold and inconsiderate.
