SmartPayment currency discrepancy?

I've been using the Smartpayment Buttons for about 2 months and I noticed that in some very rare cases the amount to be captured doesn't match amount I created the order with. Example :

 

I set up a transaction to be captured for €141, the customer authorizes the transaction. I later use the orders API (v2) to capture the funds, but it turns out the amount I received is €126.90.

I have the suspicion the order was actually created in USD ( the difference closely matches the conversion rate ). It only happened twice so far ( the other case I had was in GBP ) but I would like to know if this is a normal behaviour and what I should do to make sure the currency doesn't change.

Note that all traces on my side and on the Paypal merchant interface were in EUR in both cases.
