Hey, so I've been getting this error with BestBuy. I'm trying to buy an iPhone off their website and it won't allow me to make a payment. I tried sending $0.10 to my friend and it would let me. But When I tried sending $500 it wouldn't. I called PayPal a long time ago and ask them why I had this problem and they told me it's a security check, that after 24h to 5 days it'll work. Now I'm left with different errors on different websites trying to make payments. (Already made a transaction worth $505 with no errors a week before.)
Trying to buy something worth $700 CAD on BestBuy.
