We've had a webshop for 2 years now and since January the number of payment through Paypal has increased manyfold. We've been experiencing problems with our Paypal payments since then. Around 70% of them fail. All payments are redirected to Paypal from our webshop without any problem. But when members click on the 'Complete purchase' button, they are redirected to the same page over and over again. They give up after a number of tries and so no IPN is sent to the webshop and evidently no payment is done. We've checked all our hosting and webshop settings with the respective developers and nothing strange to be found there. The problem also exists within Paypal itself, so this is no surprise. Anyone has any idea how this happens since we re loosing a serious amount of revenue in our webshop.
