Paypal not showing my customers purchases

I just connected Paypal with the help of a developer to my website,

I can track that some purchases were made, but when I go to Paypal, I don't see any activity, and No funds were sent to my account.

A friend of mine also made a purchase, and the money went through, and he got the order, but I still don't see his money in my account.

My developer says everything is keyed, so it can't be our mistake ...

Why can't I see the transactions in the account?
