Paypal button - allow the user to select more than one item in the list or add to cart

hi, we're using the paypal buttons for selecting a product with multiple options . But we want to allow the user to be able to select more than one option in the list. Paypal used to have an add to cart button but this is no longer. Are there any other options?  Like allowing the user to select multiple options?
