PDT identity token: Cant find it?

Hi Looking for the PDT identity token: to integrate ti a site but can't see this in my account  where would I find this

I'm having the same issue - the PayPal instructions on where to locate it do not match the updated layout and descriptions, and it doesn't appear in a search.
