OpenCart not receiving order notification from PayPal

Using OpenCart with PayPal standard. When an order is made, the order goes through PayPal (I get money in my account and it says the order is complete). Customer gets email notification from PayPal.

 

However, the order does not show up in my OpenCart dashboard. If I dig through the orders, it is there, showing as "Missing Order". Also, OpenCart does not send confirmation email to customer, and I (seller) do not get an email notification that an order has been placed.

 

I've had some folks look at my settings in OpenCart and they say they are correct. I've tried PayPal chat-- the chat guy said to email or call. I've emailed 48 hours ago and haven't heard anything back. I tried calling once and was put on hold.

 

Any ideas?  I've used OpenCart before with PayPal standard and did not have any problems.
