- We use Jotform to collect info & payment for services, camps, donations, etc.
- We also have a PayPal account for our non-profit Zoo.
- We have been using the PayPal Pro payment integration offered by Jotform to collect our payments.
- Jotform is forcing us to change our payment integration from PayPal Pro to PayPal Business.
When trying to connect to PayPal Business (from PayPal Pro) in Jotform, it asks us for an "executive", "owner", "percentage of ownership". We are a non-profit organization and do not have that info. It will not allow us to bypass those questions, nor can we leave it blank.
What should we put into those boxes since we are a non-profit organization?
