I set up a PayPal account in Quicken for Home & Business using the PayPal selection in the setup process. The account set up fine but it will not download any transactions. In the setup, Quicken, or PayPal, established the Account Number as my email address (absent the last two characters), the Routing Number as "PayPal" and the Customer ID as my email, none of which can be changed. What is that all about?
