I am working at application company and there is regular event on the app and the winners receive the prize money through Paypal.
We would like to know if we can integrate Paypal API on the app or our internal dashboard to send prize money there to the winners instead of entering
Paypal homepage everytime we need to transfer the amount.
So what we would like to know is
1. Can we integrate Paypal API to the app or internal dashboard to send the money?
2. If it is possible, what do we need to do for the process?
3. We found out that South Korea Paypal is not offering that feature (only receiving is available) then among Singapore, Hongkong, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, Indonesia and Malaysia, which country is available for API integration to send the money?
