We've recently updated prices and would like that change reflected for existing subscriptions. Through PayPal's website https://www.paypal.com/billing/subscriptions , one can't even filter for specific subscription and each one needs to be manually updated. Isn't there a simpler way to do it rather than going through a long manual process?

Hello @colnect
Thank you for posting to the PayPal Community. If your subscriptions are associated with a Plan, you can update your plan price, and it should update all the associated subscriptions. As long as the subscriptions have not individually been modified the plan update will update the subscriptions.
Here are the steps:
- Log into your PayPal Account
- Click on Sales
- Click on Subscriptions
- Click on Subscription Plans
- Click on the plan that you want to update
- Click Update next to pricing
- Update the plan pricing
- Click Save Updates
After you make the update any subscription associated with that plan will update to the new price, as long as the individual subscription was not manually updated.
If you look at the plan there is a number to the left of the three dots. This number indicates the associated subscriptions. You can click on the number and see all the subscriptions that are associated with the plan.
Thank you,
Jennifer

The subscriptions were made with the "subscribe" button and there's no "plan" associated with them. These "plans" didn't even exist when most were established. What should be the use case then? I can only see them on "Manage Subscriptions" https://www.paypal.com/billing/subscriptions and change one by one. So, is there a way for me in https://www.paypal.com/billing/subscriptions or anywhere else change the prices on a subset or, at the very least, be able to filter only for specific items? It's really a terrible page showing always only 10 entries per page without any option to filter so I end up having to go through hundreds of pages to find the relevant subscriptions and manually edit the price...

Hello @colnect
Thank you for providing the clarification. If the recurring profiles were created using the Express Checkout API, you have the option to update the amount by running an API call on the profiles.
To assist you with this process, I have included the documentation on updating NVP Express Checkout Recurring Profiles below:
https://developer.paypal.com/api/nvp-soap/update-recurring-payments-profile-nvp/
Please note: For recurring payments made with Express Checkout, the payment amount can only be increased by a maximum of 20% every 180 days, starting from the creation of the profile.
However, if the profiles were created using PayPal Standard, I regret to inform you that the only way to update them is one by one via the PayPal Account.
Thank you,
Jennifer
