I ordered two storage cupboards from a USA site and got two plastic containers which would only hold buttons , I contacted PayPal and The seller gave me the return address in Chinese , the seller has closed the website and emails are now bouncing back , the post office are saying the address must be in English as well in order for them to read it , is this right ,
