Cannot use card on new account

Hello, I am wondering if anyone can help me with a problem I have been having with trying to connect by payment by card We had an old account on Paypal called ‘Split Sofa’ which we used using the card with no problem but the band have now been incorparated into daisychainsongsuk record label so we deleted the old account and now we want to use the label’s account instead.
The new account would not let us upload our credit card details (saying we couldn't have the same card for multipule accounts- but it was deleated and now we are stuck. We cannot put in for work with other agencies because we cannot transaction anything. We don’t have another card. We would be so so grateful if you could help us rectify the problem and get us back in business again.

Did you remove all financial bank accounts / cards from your old account BEFORE you closed it??

Yes we removed everything and deleated the account. If I had known we would be in this much mess I wouldn't have deleated the account.

Then i would contact customer services and they can add it manually for you or re-set it for you >>
Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
