why i can't re-activated my premium account ( Hotfile ) ?

i'm used to cancel my account last month  but  now i want to  re-activated my premium account again.

 

when i try to re-activated  ,it saids ....." This credit card is already linked to your PayPal account. Please add a different card or go to the Profile tab and choose Add or Edit Credit Card to update your card information."....

 

and when i'm already  updated  it .   it's  still  the same problem  and show the message like above again  and  again

 

any suggestion will be  appreciate,
