I have a paypal smart connect account and it seems to be worthless. When I signed up for this I was told that I could use it with anyone who accepts paypal. I bid on an eBay item and went to pay for it with my paypal connect account and could not. It only gave me the option to pay with my bank account or credit card. When I called paypal I was told that , that particular merchant did not accept paypal connect. I was told by paypal that I had to contact the ebay merchant and ask them to accept paypal smart connect. I absolutely can not figure out what is going on, Has anyone else had this issue?
