Stil waiting for refund

I used my PayPal connect card for a $300 purchase which was later refunded..  They credited my card $300 but the $300 payment I made two weeks before the refund disappeared.  It never appeared back in my PayPal balance or shown as a credit on my connect card.  After using my card again I notice they're adding charges to my balance and not subtracting from a credit I should have.   I've been waiting since October 18th.    I called today to ask about it and was tranferred three times.. The pisser was that on each call transfer I had to run through the automated system with all the questions again.. Then the CS person would aske me the same GD questions all over.  Why the hoops?

The kicker is that the $300 shows up on my PayPal connect payment page with a date of Oct 5th yet neither my September or October statements show that same transaction.  They're all **bleep**ed up.. I have payments listed in the "held payments" category that say released.... What the **bleep**????   I give a seven day return policy so if the folks haven't hollered after ten days why continue to hold my money?  It's a bunch of BS.
