Big PayPal Problem

I don't know where else to go with this issue.  I have tried contacting PayPal and have had no resolution.  Here is my problem, and maybe someone here can help me.  Somehow I have been signed up for the PayPal Credit Card, without my consent.  I am now being chaged for unknown items....they aren't even listed in my account activity.  This is awful!  And it's illegal!  Can anyone here help me please....the balance due is being doubled monthly.

attorney generals office in your state, contact them, file an online complaint, send a regestered letter to paypal, google them for corporate address.

send both tracked, then contact the credit agencies, and put on a fraud alert to your account.
