I already sent an email about this, but I still need answers...
For a long time, I'm trying to apply for a PayPal Debit Card. First I couldn't because I supposedly have an "invalid" zip code, now is because I live in a "US Territory" (Puerto Rico, to be specific). I have no idea why this is happening, because years ago I had and used a PayPal Debit card. I want to know why this is happening and when this service will be available to us again.
When writing an answer, I suggest this format:
"We do not give the service for these reasons:
1. Reason 1
2. Reason 2
3. Reason 3, etc.
This are the steps we're doing in order to correct this situation>
1., 2., 3, etc.
The service will be available again in_____________."
I'm suggesting this because I want to be sure to receive SPECIFIC reasons, not globally ones like "it's our policy" or things like that.
