Hello, just wondering why i still can't add my CC, i've multiple times send the documents that's required because of some unkown troubles i got with you. I will be happy if i could solve this, without i'm required to get a new CC...

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
