Using paypal credit

Hello I created a new account and applied for paypal credit line now can i use the paypal credit instantly for my payments or do i have to wait to be able to use it

you will find out when you try to pay with it

That would depend, some sellers don't offer it and even if they do its not always offered at checkout.

Bit of a trial and error thing really, personally i would never bother with it.

What if i need it to send payments through goods and services will it be there

It may or it may not, same answer really.
