Morning all
So I purchased a number of items from Secret Sales in separate transactions on 15th February 2020.
Two items totalling over £600 were returned and delivered to their warehouse - I have proof of delivery. The items were purchased on PayPal Credit.
I waited around two weeks and call Secret Sales and they informed me they have gone bust! But are still fully trading and said claim from PayPal.
I put in a claim with PayPal and its been denied 4 times now. It was originally logged incorrectly as a returned item not as described but now logged as company in liqidation but i spoke to a PP advisor and he said will not refund money as i didnt inform PP of the return.
Someone please help! its a lot of money. Secret Sales have the product and my money.
