Hiya! So I'm trying to apply to PayPal credit for an Ebay purchase. But, everytime I go to submit my info, it tells "there's a problem with some of your information". Is it picky? I live in an apartment. Do they need the building number AND the appt #? After so many attempts it says too many failed attempts or something of the like. What is going on?
