Hi @RushPedro,
PayPal have decided not to offer the credit facility to business customers. This is for a number of reasons, but primarily because it is a personal credit product, not intended for commercial use.
You can contact PayPal Customer Services to change your business account to a personal account to apply for PayPal Credit. Alternatively, you can create a new personal account to apply.
You are allowed one personal and one business account, to compensate for such restrictions.
