Twickets insists echeque payments are blocked but I cannot find how to do this. In all the other pages offering advice you are told that its in selling tools and selling preferences but these options are nowhere to be found on my paypal summary page. It seems some users have completely different options.
i understand that I may have to set up business account but I cant even see that option anywhere on any dropdown.

Try this........
To set your Payment Receiving Preferences:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Profile at the top of the page and select Profile and settings.
- Click My selling tools.
- Click Update in the "Block payments" section.
- Update your settings and click Save.
