a while ago i had am email about the paypal debit card. i want one of these now but can find the original email. how do i get one?
As far as i know you cant apply for a card. It has to be via an invite. Try phoning them and explain you had an email, but deleted it by accident

The PayPal Access Card is currently being offered exclusively to customers who have been invited to apply.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
