Hello everybody !
After years of using eBay & PayPal without any problems,today I faced with a big one !
I recieved a mail confirmation fromeBay,that I ordered a Sony Experia mobile phone,worth 370 $ (with postage),ordered from USA.For shipping address says only CONFIRMED and I dont have any possibility to see it.
My next step is that I log in to PayPal account and see this payment and I saw another payment of 200 $ (dont know for what) and it was in the statement of confirmation,so I react fast and cancelled this payment on time and I think,I will get this 200 $ refund back. Immidiately after this,I called my bank for this and they cancelled my Visa Electron cards for any payment.
Than,I want it to informed PayPal for this but I saw,the HELP DESK work only from monday to friday,so I guess I must wait until tomorrow and called them about this problem.I send 2 mails to the seller,from which is that Sony Experia mobile is bought,trying to explain to him,that this was not my order,that someone was using my account for this transaction and I send him a scren capture of that transaction and that I really hope,he can help me with this problem.
I dont know what else to do,except to make a call tomorrow a PayPal help desk and tell them about this problem.
I am really desperate and this is the only place where I can find something about it and if there anyone who experienced the same problem as me,please,be free to share it with me...I will really appreciate it !!!

I am in the UK and our phone option is available 7 days a week so are you sure you can't phone them where you are??
Secondly have you CHANGED YOUR PAYPAL PASSWORD AND SECURITY QUESTION??

On this one what I called,probably USA,they said working time is from MON to FRI,from 8 am to 4 pm.
I changed password already but not the security question...should I do it too ?

I didnt even think that it will be free for me,only I want to solve this problem as soon as possible and affraid that tomorrow can be late for solving this problem.So,if you can give me the telephone contact number,that I called right now,I will do it without a problem. Also,I can try with Facebook but do I need to wait again until tomorrow or will get the answer today ?

Now I try contact them on the Facebook but its the same message when you try to send them mail and they cannot answer it because of large number of mails ! So,I guees,the phone call is the only option !!!
