I've been a member for ever without any neg feedback and very little problems. Well I purchesed something from a classified website andand seller wanted a money order but I said no I only use paypal so he created an account and I had to beg the seller to ship for 3 days. I got paypal involved and seller shipped the item the day after they told paypal it shipped. You guessed it, I received a crappy broken item. I see all the red flags here but had already paid so after a month of back and forth paypal says I'll get a refund when I ship back at my cost and the seller confirms its what they sent. So I purchased a label to ship and just got mad that I've waited this long and now have to pay to ship something that looks like a lawnmower ranb it overover and at the mercy of this "ethical" seller to confirm. So I closed my case and got a refund on my label. My question now is how do I do a charge back through my cc company? Like I said I've never had to do any of this ever so not even sure its worth it.

Contact your card company and ask them to chargeback for you.
