PayPal will not let me add money becuase my account is out of date so, I figured I'd make a new account except, It won't allow me to remove my account. It keeps encountering a problem. The problem is due to my account being limited and out of date. I am assuming the account removal process is to oadvanced for what ever is going on.
TL:DR.
I am unable to remove my account what-so-ever. Help.
