48 hours ago, I bought an object via Ebay. The vendor asked me to make a transfer of 330€ via my Paypal account.
Once I had done it, he disappeared and today Ebay closed his account.
I have read on this site that I will get refunded by Paypal, which is professional.
In Paypal, once I click on "Report a problem", there are only 3 options for:
> "Unauthorized activity in your PayPal account"
In my case (if I'm not wrong), it is not an "unauthorized activity", as it is me who made the money transfer to pay the Ebay seller.
I need to complete the field "object not delivered" or "not received"...
WHERE, on the internet site, can I report this type of problem?
