NVP API returning code 503 today (12/15/2022)... Maintenance or something changed?

PayPal NVP API in PrestaShop module is returning code 503 today, according to PayPal documentation 503 means "service is unavailable due to maintenance".  It appears to have been the case for at least a coupe of days now.

Is this API down for maintenance?

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

I have cross checked the PayPal service logs and haven't located any timeouts/service maintenance.

If your still facing the issue, I would suggest to please create a MTS ticket via -  https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with the error details.
