How to check if subscription was renewed and get the details of payment?

Some time ago, there was a webhook BILLING.SUBSCRIPTION.RENEWED which would allow me to get information of whether subscription is renews so that I can fetch the information of the payments and send receipt to the clients. Now I see, it is removed and is not shown here or in the Add Webhook section of the application. So, how can this be done now?
