Error when launching PayPal Subscriptions "Please Try Again Later"

Hello,

I am not sure if this is the correct section for this question but any help would be appreciated. I have integrated JetFormBuilder on my Wordpress website and it is supposed to aid in creating a PayPal subscription. Normally it works fine but now it has started presenting me with a message saying "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later." This message is on the Paypal page https://www.paypal.com/webapps/billing/subscriptions, which is then followed by a token number. Even removing the token number still presents the error. I have check within the Paypal account and everything seems correct. The API keys are correct and the plan is correct to but I can't get rid of the error.

Any ideas are much appreciated!
