We are launching a service driven in large part by a mobile app that allows customers to reward service employees who serve them well. Think about the experience you have upon completion of a ride with Uber. The ability to rate and then send a gratuity is our aspiration. The app is built but we need an embedded peer to peer payment capability so I could "tip" or send someone $'s.
