Sometimes ago I have payed someone via paypal to for a service, this must have been well over a year. Recently, I came to have altercation with him, harsh words and profanities were exchanged. I am afraid that he might seek to harm me fiscally by charging me some charge via bogus service through paypal, is that possible?
