Upgrade to business acount

I am trying to upgrade to a business account and when I go to the option for the sub category for business type it will not allow me use the drop down feature?

When I click on Account like "Sara" says  there is no drop down menu for me to click on Business account.. I have premiere and want to change to Business. I don't want 2 accounts just 1 business....please help... i'm getting frustrated...WHERE is the drop down menun that supposed to be on "account" ?????????????????
