Hi. I am on a website where people can donate to help with a home repair. It asks for my Paypal email account for the people to donate to, but I am not sure what to put there. Is it my email address I used to sign In to paypal?

There is a large amount "pending" in my account.

I will be needing to pay a bill in about a week.  Can you at least release part of the pending amount?

What I will be needing is $250.
