I made a paypal acount a long time ago, and i put my debit card on it, i forgot the email and password to the account. So i made a new one and it wont let me use my debit card on my new account, anyway to get this fixed? please help!

Call PayPal Customer Service... they should be able to help you gain access to the old account, or... close the old account so that you can add your card to the new account.
To call PayPal, login to your PayPal account, click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any PayPal page and select the "Call Us" option to obtain a Web PIN number and the PayPal phone number for your account.
