I tried to close it and it will not work. Please agents close it for me
You will need to call PayPal to close your account if you are unable to do so via your browser. If you have any limitation or restriction on your account, that is the reason why. You will need to lift that limitation or restriction prior to closure.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
