I have canceled a credit card and added a new one to my account but it won't let me delete the old card because it says there are pending items (there are not). any ideas? thanks
There are no pending actions. I've added the new one. So now I will just close the account entirely. Seems like the only answer, to bad I really liked using Pay Pal occasionally.
