In the last week the whole format of PayPal has changed for the worse. I don't see how
any person could say this is
an improvement on what was a great website dynamic. Whoever is in charge of this has **bleep**ed it all up.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
