I’m trying to add the card for my place of business to my account so I can purchase something online (that only accepts Papal) FOR the business..so that it gets billed instead of me. I try to add the card but when I go to the "Add Card" page the field for my last name is unchangeable. i.e. I can only add cards that have my last name. I can change my first name and the card number, exp date etc. Obviously this does me no good. I called and spoke to customer service - in person - and they said I could add any card I wanted to. "Just go to the add cad page ..blah blah" which I knew and had tried over and over. And I can't. So can I or can't I? If I can then why can't I? Is there a different link or something that I am missing?
I need to make this purchase ASAP so this is pretty inconvenient.
