I made a paypal account a long time ago with a fake alias, but I recently recieved money and want to open a bank account to transfer it into. Can I use my alias for my paypal and open a new bank account that will have my real name?

Can the name on my bank account and PayPal account be different?
No. The name on your PayPal account should match the name on your bank account.
If the name on your bank account differs in any way, check with your bank to make sure that transfers will go through. If they won’t, you’ll need to update the name on your bank account or the name on your PayPal account.
Suggestion... refund the payment, close that PayPal account, open a new PayPal account with your correct name and financial information and ask the sender to resend the payment to your new PayPal account.
