About HSN showing as INACTIVE under profile- please read Automatic payments?

Hello All,

First everything is fine with my papal smart connect.  I am trying to buy something from HSN who does accept PayPal.  I have been on the phone for HOURS between HSN and PayPal- a lot of ideas from them, but nothing is working..Blaming the other one etc.  I was told by HSN that my PAYPAL C/C account number was not valid, but PayPal assures me that there is nothing wrong.  Anyhow, by clicking PROFILE, then under "Financial Summary" and clicking on "my preapproved payments" I accidentally set HSN to inactive.  I have been explaining this to both sides all morning from 6am now it is 11:30am.  I cannot find a way to set it back to active and PayPal is not giving me a solution.  Does anyone know how to set this back to active?  Also, I am trying to divide up payments for this purchase and HSN says this is okay and so does PayPal. However, I ran across a comment about "not accepting automatic payments" but it does accept all other sorts of payments- can someone please explain this to me? I was also told that my billing agreement was canceled with HSN, and they have to reinstate the agreement.  I have their phone number sent to me in an email and no one knows what to do!  Does anyone have any suggestions?  How frustrating.......spoke back with HSN and they have no idea what to do.... I did email them the emails I received.  Any one's help/advice is deeply appreciated.  Sorry for such a long email.  Grace
