i have paid for an item through paypal, and the funds were withdrawn frm my account, even though the process says it was cancelled. i have contacted paypal and opened a case, yet it doesnt say that i opened one and now when i try and open it again it says its an invalid transaction number, i contacted the seller and they say they never recieved the payment that the peoblem is between paypal and i, but paypal isint refinding the money that was taken from my account, or contacting me with any updates on the issue. i am getting very frustrated with this process and would like to know how to get my money back that just seems to be floating around in the air
